A year full of technology, team spirit and innovation

2025 was a year of progress for Lumesa – in the best sense of the word. They listened, observed, experimented, and rethought their approach. The result: redesigned drilling rigs, smart further developments, and strong partnerships that bring tangible added value to customers.

LDA 92P – now lighter, more modular and more efficient

The LDA 92P has received a real facelift, both technically and visually. With its reduced weight, streamlined design, and modular structure, it is even easier to operate and maintain.

A larger flushing valve ensures higher airflow, and the newly developed clamping and breaking device allows for precise work. The result: better handling, more application possibilities and even greater efficiency on the construction site.

LDA 92P DH – one system, many possibilities

The base version LDA 92P was transformed into a true all-rounder in 2025: the LDA 92P DH. With just a few simple steps and in no time at all, it can be converted, providing several drilling methods with just one drilling attachment. This saves space, time, and costs – while maintaining consistently high performance.

The premiere at BAUMA 2025 was a complete success: users were enthusiastic about the ease of use and the versatility in application.

New radio remote control system – smarter control, better work

In close collaboration with KAISER AG and Autec S.r.l., Lumesa 2025 developed a radio remote control that can do everything:
It controls both the LDA 92P / LDA 92P DH and the walking excavator from KAISER – and does so with precision and maximum safety.

The innovation was tested under real-world conditions during a roadshow in Norway – with great success. For users, this means: fewer devices, more control, and simpler processes.

Strong partners, strong team

Not all progress is visible at first glance, but it makes all the difference.

In 2025, Lumesa forged new partnerships that both expand its network and strengthen its solutions. At the same time, new employees joined us, enriching our team with fresh ideas.

A lot has also been happening behind the scenes: a comprehensive system changeover is now ensuring faster processes and better collaboration throughout the entire Küchler Group.

Outlook 2026 – we will continue to move

Following the motto "If you're not moving forward, you're falling behind," Lumesa will continue to develop in the coming year.

One focus in 2026 will be on the further development of proven systems:

  • The LDA 91 drilling attachment receives a comprehensive update with a larger flushing air line, a new clamping device, and options for clamping and breaking devices. Additionally, similar to the LDA 92P, it is optionally equipped with a radio remote control including a display and KAISER walking excavator control.
  • The KSD 93 F is also being revised: The compact design and low weight remain, but in the future a larger hydraulic oil and diesel tank as well as an increase in performance to up to 120 l/min will ensure even more efficiency and operational flexibility.
